Preparing a request.
The enquiry form prepares an email draft in your browser. Your name, email, company, destination, phone and requirements are used to build that draft. The website does not submit the form to a server or automatically send an email in this version.
Sending your email.
When you choose “Open email app”, your email application receives the prepared subject and message. Review and send it there. You may instead copy the request into your preferred email service. Your provider handles the message under its own terms.
After we receive a message.
We use information you send to respond to your enquiry, confirm product details and discuss your order. Avoid including passwords, card details or other sensitive account information in a purchasing request.
External services.
Links to the Chinese company site, Brother product references and purchasing platforms take you to external websites. Those services have their own privacy and account policies. This website does not require a Pinduoduo account to prepare an enquiry.
